Morakniv® Classic 1891 Carving Fork

The carving fork is available in two colors, with red or black handle. The handle is made of Scandinavian birch and the look is closely related to the shape of the traditional Morakniv. Of course, it features are adapted to kitchen use. The 150 mm long blade has a winning design, with the two tips pointing slightly outwards, just to make sure the steak actually stays in place when carving.
